Next Chapter AI™ provides the AI Operating Platform for Local Services — a platform that includes business launch systems, marketing tools, CRM and automation, lead generation, sales systems, training and coaching, subcontractor management tools, and revenue growth resources. Specific features and access levels vary by membership tier as discussed during your Discovery Call.

3. Membership and Payment

Membership terms, pricing, and payment schedules are established during your Discovery Call and outlined in your membership agreement. By enrolling in any Next Chapter AI™ membership tier, you agree to the payment terms specified in your agreement.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your membership agreement or as required by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, and systems provided through the Next Chapter AI™ platform are the intellectual property of Next Chapter AI™ and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use platform materials for their own business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of platform materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Next Chapter AI™ provides its platform and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or success rates. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, business model, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent exceptional results and are not typical.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Chapter AI™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
